Services
Fiddletown Community Services District was formed on September 10, 1969 as an independent special district. FCSD was formed to supply water for residential use, in the same manner as a municipal water district, including the powers to acquire, control, distribute, store, treat and deliver to 65 households within the District. Water is provided by a commuity well and pumped to two holding tanks for distribution.
In 1997 the District developed a grey water treatment system, somtimes referred to as a "sewer" system for about 40 households in the District whose properties were too small or too close to the creek to build a traditional leach field. Each household on the system has their own septic tank. The tanks are connected to a community pipeline that runs through town and delivers the grey water to a community leach field.
